17.03.2026 - registration for presenters ends. All presenters must register by this date in order to secure their talk/poster slot.
03.04.2026 - general registration ends.

Registration fees
Cancellation
In case of cancellation by 03.04.2026, a 50% refund of all fees paid can be issued.
In case of cancellation after 03.04.2026, no refund will be issued.
