09.03.2024 - early-bird registration ends.
09.04.2024 - registration for presenters ends. All presenters must register by this date in order to secure their talk/poster slot.
26.04.2024 - general registration ends.
Due to the limitations at the venue, the number of conference participants may be limited. In accordance with current European sanctions, ACTRIS will not accept any registration of researchers, students, or staff based at or affiliated with Russian or Belarusian institutions.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation by 26.04.2024, a 50% refund of all fees paid can be issued.
In case of cancellation after 26.04.2024, no refund will be issued.
