12th IAC Meeting

The virtual 12th IAC meeting shall be organised using Cisco WebEx videoconferencing system. 
 

HO will share the WebEx meeting number at 8.30 CEST on 18 June. Please, join the meeting on time. 

Instructions to join the meeting:

1. Go to Webex Join meeting website: https://globalpage-prod.webex.com/join?surl=https%3A%2F%2Fsignin.webex.com%2Fcollabs%2F%23%2Fmeetings%2Fjoinbynumber%3FTrackID%3D%26hbxref%3D%26goid%3Dattend-meeting&language=en_US
2. Insert the meeting number that is shared 8.30 CEST on 18 June
3. Click register (do not insert meeting password!)
4. Fill in the requested registration information
   1. HO recommends participants to join the meeting by Webex registration to be able to determine specific name to appear in the participant list
   2. Delegates:  ”Country, First Name Last Name”  [Example: Finland, Päivi Haapanala
   3. Proxy/Advisor/IMP:  ”First Name Last Name (Country abbreviation, role)” [Example: Päivi Haapanala (FI, secretariat)]
   4. Click register
5. Your registration is now confirmed and you can join the meeting by clicking “join meeting” or “join by browser”
6. Test your camera & microphone after joining and then turn them off
7. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email from ACTRIS HO Webex account including a link to rejoin the meeting when needed.
