It is recommended to book a room in a hotel close to Moncloa or Argüelles metro stations since it is quite convenient to reach both CIEMAT and the city historical center.

||A joint WS dinner is planned for Wednesday evening at “La Pecera del Círculo de Bellas Artes” restaurant (30 € cost), a historical, artistic and cultural space of great tradition in Madrid downtown. More details about the event to be added soon.
There is one main airport in Madrid: Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport. It is 12km from Madrid downtown, accessible by public transport: metro, train, bus or taxi. Please, be aware that airport terminals are all on the same transport routes, but terminals T1-T3 have a different stop than terminal T4.
Other options from the airport is private transport (airport transfers, Cabify, Uber…).
